Villa Suriyan – La Colline, Layan, Phuket

Located in the prime position on the estate, Villa Suriyan is one of the finest luxury villas on the island of Phuket with amazing panoramic sea views over the Andaman Sea, 7 stylish ensuite bedrooms and the choice of three swimming pools! With spacious and beautifully furnished living and dining area both indoor and outdoor, Villa Suriyan offers the perfect luxury retreat for an exclusive vacation.

The main living area has ample seating to relax and watch the flat screen TV with satellite channels or you can take advantage of the stunning views from the large terrace again with ample seating. There is also a undercover area with dining table seating eight.

The fully equipped modern European kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.

Down at the pool deck there is a another indoor dining area area with table and chairs seating 12, a covered outdoor dining and seating area plus a large undercover terrace with sea views. There are two swimming pools separated by a walkway to a seating Sala. One pool is 8 x 10 metres and then you have the 18 x 5 true infinity edge main pool. Sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels are provided.

All seven bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and fully equipped with flat screen TV’s with satellite channels, personal minibars, toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers and air conditioning.

The Master Bedroom Suite is located on the pool deck and comes with king size bed, en suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, and views over the swimming pool to the ocean.

Steps lead down to four more bedrooms and the Gym which is equipped with running machine, multi gym and weights. There is also an eighth bedroom with en suite shower room suitable for a nanny or your helper.

Bedroom 2 comes with a king size bed, en suite shower room and private undercover terrace with seating overlooking the garden

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds which can be converted to super king size if required, en suite shower rooms and private balconies overlooking the garden. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and en suite shower room.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 have a separate entrance and come with a private 14 x 2.5 swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and sala. Both have king size beds, en suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers. You can also access the main villa by private bridge.

Villa Suriyan offers wireless internet connection.

The villa has an electric gate and undercover parking.

La Colline – Rental Rate(USD) – Till September 2026 – Update!

Agents are not allowed to advertise the villas on OTA (booking.com, agoda, traveloka, and air bnb and etc)

Minimum Stay;

• 2 nights minimum stay needed on 1 May till 30 September
• 3 nights minimum stay needed on 1 Feb till 30 April, 1 October – 30 November
• 7 nights minimum stay needed on 21 December – 5 January
• 5 nights minimum stay needed on 1-20 December, 6-31 January

The price is inclusive of.

• welcome drinks and towels
• breakfast (Continental breakfast); Continental Breakfast; eggs, sausages, bacons, oranges juice, toast, butter, milk, Strawberry Jam, Coffee, Tea
• A chef for 2 meals cooking; lunch and dinner. Grocery bills at the market price plus 20% service charge.
• daily cleaning and a service staff, time will be advised by villa staff
• a daily shuttle from the villa to and from Layan Beach
• 1 round airport transfer for minimum 3 nights booking

Extra charge:

• Extra van is THB1,000-1,200 per van if need please confirm and pay in advance, if needed. (For airport transfer)
• For having meals in the villa, guests need to give petty cash to a villa manager in charge for groceries, food ingredients and drinks. The villa manager or villa host will present grocery bills at the market price plus 20% service charge.
• Extra bed is THB 1,500 per bed per night including breakfast, if needed.

Security Deposit;

• For 2-7 night booking, Security Deposit of THB 35,000 is required before/on arrival. For booking LONGER than 7 nights but NOT LONGER than 30 nights, Security Deposit of THB 70,000 is required before/on arrival. Security Deposit will be returned on checking out date after checking the villa with NO damage or it will be returned in 3-7 working days in case of Bank TT.
• The villa accepts cash (in THB, USD, and EURO) and bank transfer only. Credit card payment is not available.

Terms of rental payment;

• 50% of the rental rate is required to be paid within 7 days from the booking date.
• The balance 50% is required to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
• For a booking made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full payment needs to be paid not later than 7 days from the booking being confirmed.
• If payment is not made on or before the due dates as required herein, the Owner or the Owner’s Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required.

Terms of cancellation;

• In case of postponing the stay, it needs to be informed at least 30 days prior to the arrival date with no charge and can keep the booking 1 year (365 days) from the original booking and the price depends on the new dates. In case of no show/check-in after 1 year (365 days) from the original booking, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee.
• In case of postponing the stay less than 15 days from the check-in date, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee.
• In case of cancellation of the stay, it needs to be informed at least 30 days prior to the arrival date the reservation fee will be refunded minus the bank fee.
• In case of cancellation of the stay less than 30 days but not less than 15 days prior to the arrival date the reservation fee will be refunded 50%.
• In case of cancellation of the stay less than 15 days from the check-in date, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee.
