Villa Dara – La Colline, Layan, Phuket

Villa Dara is a stunning luxury pool villa with panoramic views of the north west coast of Phuket and the Andaman sea. Furnished to the highest standard this villa offers spacious living areas inside and out for for guests to enjoy their vacation.

Seven en suite bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for 14 guests and is complimented by indoor and outdoor dining areas perfect for al fresco dining. The extensive sundeck surrounds an 20 x 8 metre infinity edge swimming pool enticing guests to relax and unwind whilst being looked after by the excellent staff.

On entering the villa you are greeted with a panoramic view over the large infinity edge pool to the ocean. There is a large open plan living and dining area including kitchen facilities and full width windows opening onto the terraces. Further outdoor seating, dining tables, sun beds and umbrellas are provided.

Two large Bedroom Suites are also located on this level and come with king size beds, flat screen TV’s, desks, wardrobes and en suite shower rooms with outside showers.

Downstairs are four further bedrooms suites.

Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, seating area, flat screen TV, wardrobes, en suite bathroom and doors opening onto the large balcony with dining table for two and sun beds. Bedroom 5 is identical except for having two single beds. Both have unobstructed sea and jungle views.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 are interconnected so perfect for a family wishing to stay together. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other twin beds and both share a en suite shower room , walk in wardrobe and a large private terrace with sea and jungle views.

Finally on the first floor is a beautifully furnished master bedroom suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. This suite has a private terrace with sea and jungle views.

On this level there is also a large living area with sofas, dining table seating 12, large flat screen TV and doors opening onto a covered balcony with plenty of outdoor seating and full sea views.

The modern european kitchen has a island unit with 7 seats, oven, electric hob, American Fridge freezer and comes fully equipped. There is also a Thai kitchen which will be used by the villa staff to prepare meals for you.

Undercover Parking is available for 2 to 3 cars.

Villa Dara is air conditioned throughout and has wifi connection.

La Colline – Rental Rate(USD) – Till September 2026 – Update!

Minimum Stay;

• 2 nights minimum stay needed on 1 May till 30 September
• 3 nights minimum stay needed on 1 Feb till 30 April, 1 October – 30 November
• 7 nights minimum stay needed on 21 December – 5 January
• 5 nights minimum stay needed on 1-20 December, 6-31 January

The price is inclusive of.

• welcome drinks and towels
• breakfast (Continental breakfast); Continental Breakfast; eggs, sausages, bacons, oranges juice, toast, butter, milk, Strawberry Jam, Coffee, Tea
• A chef for 2 meals cooking; lunch and dinner. Grocery bills at the market price plus 20% service charge.
• daily cleaning and a service staff, time will be advised by villa staff
• a daily shuttle from the villa to and from Layan Beach
• 1 round airport transfer for minimum 3 nights booking

Extra charge:

• Extra van is THB1,000-1,200 per van if need please confirm and pay in advance, if needed. (For airport transfer)
• For having meals in the villa, guests need to give petty cash to a villa manager in charge for groceries, food ingredients and drinks. The villa manager or villa host will present grocery bills at the market price plus 20% service charge.
• Extra bed is THB 1,500 per bed per night including breakfast, if needed.

Security Deposit;

• For 2-7 night booking, Security Deposit of THB 35,000 is required before/on arrival. For booking LONGER than 7 nights but NOT LONGER than 30 nights, Security Deposit of THB 70,000 is required before/on arrival. Security Deposit will be returned on checking out date after checking the villa with NO damage or it will be returned in 3-7 working days in case of Bank TT.
• The villa accepts cash (in THB, USD, and EURO) and bank transfer only. Credit card payment is not available.

Terms of rental payment;

• 50% of the rental rate is required to be paid within 7 days from the booking date.
• The balance 50% is required to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
• For a booking made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full payment needs to be paid not later than 7 days from the booking being confirmed.
• If payment is not made on or before the due dates as required herein, the Owner or the Owner’s Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required.

Terms of cancellation;

• In case of postponing the stay, it needs to be informed at least 30 days prior to the arrival date with no charge and can keep the booking 1 year (365 days) from the original booking and the price depends on the new dates. In case of no show/check-in after 1 year (365 days) from the original booking, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee.
• In case of postponing the stay less than 15 days from the check-in date, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee.
• In case of cancellation of the stay, it needs to be informed at least 30 days prior to the arrival date the reservation fee will be refunded minus the bank fee.
• In case of cancellation of the stay less than 30 days but not less than 15 days prior to the arrival date the reservation fee will be refunded 50%.
• In case of cancellation of the stay less than 15 days from the check-in date, the villa reserves the right not to refund the reservation fee.
